Prior to Penta, Wagner worked for start-ups, mid-size and Fortune Global 500 firms. Wagner generates business growth through the application of cutting-edge best practices for business, science, marketing and economic industries.
Wagner holds a degree in Communications from Marquette University. He is a current member and past President of the American Marketing Association’s Milwaukee Chapter. Laura Henderson, a construction-industry leader with innovative approaches and story-telling skills, is deeply committed to solving labor-productivity problems in construction while also sharing the strengths of relationships.
With 20 years of industry and leadership experience, Henderson began her career as a Global IT Director of a Fortune 500 company that served the manufacturing sector. From there, Henderson continued to gain leadership experience in technology, education and construction. Her current role as STRUXI’s President continues Henderson’s employee-centric approach as she leads innovative-problem solving for construction productivity and collaboration.
Henderson holds a Management of Computer Services degree and a Business minor from Ottawa University. Henderson’s leadership and innovative approaches earned her the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel’s 2012 Women of Influence Award. To continue her modernized and innovative-leadership approach while enhancing productivity, Henderson received her PSM I Scrum Master Certification in 2019. Her speaking experience entails the Agile Meetup, Scrum.org's global conference and AMA UK’s Executive Women in Technology conference.

Karl Koenig has over 30 years experience in the engineering and construction-enterprise information systems industry, covering tenures at both System 5 and Penta Technologies. Koenig served as CEO of Penta Technologies since its inception in 1991, and he previously served as President of System 5.
While CEO of Penta Technologies, Koenig helped the company grow into one of North America’s leading vendors of enterprise software to the engineering and construction industries. Koenig is the founder and now Chairman of the Board of Penta Technologies.
