Sometimes items just can’t be converted to electronic records. Whether you must manage physical assets or are bound by regulations that require you to keep physical copies of documents, they still need to be managed as records. The Physical Records Management capabilities of PENTA Construction ERP Software lets you manage them in the same place as your electronic records. PENTA tracks location, manages check-in, check-out and custody transfers, and sends alerts when they’re ready for destruction.

Application

Many organizations must keep documents in their physical form (in addition to electronic copies) for a certain length of time. With PENTA, they can manage both copies of the document in the same place. If they need access to the physical copy, they simply double-click on the electronic copy and bring up the location of the physical one. Once the document has reached the end of its lifecycle, PENTA alerts them to destroy both copies.
